Great Lakes Cottage Watch is a locally owned and operated business based in Elk Rapids, MI. We know firsthand the challenges of remote homeownership in Northern Michigan, and we treat every property we care for as if it were our own.
Our team brings a mix of expertise in building inspections, project management, home maintenance, and customer service—all with a common-sense approach to getting things done. We are insured and certified, and we take pride in doing the job right.

We’re a U.S. Army Veteran family with a deep commitment to serving others—both locally and internationally. We’ve volunteered with the Patriot Guard, hospice, dog rescues, the elderly, the homeless, and women coming out of trafficking.
